58 Foundation are truly professional. They knew what they were doing. The price is reasonable for the project. I could have gone cheaper but I don't think the quality of work would have been the same. They removed all mold from my crawl space and had it looking great.

I hired 58’ foundation in a hope to receive an honest service, since crawl space and structural issues in an old row house of Baltimore city were new for me. They did NOT perform a complete exploration work, for which I was charged $1500 upfront. Exploration was done only in half of the house. Installation of an LVL to support was performed without consulting with me and done in a way whereby I loose space in an already small house. In addition, they forgot to install a beam to support the roof. I needed to call them so many times, it felt like dedicated my life for this work alone. It took them more than 2 months to complete the work. However, they were very quick to respond and showed up the very next day to perform the exploration work and tied me with their contract. Good part: they help me get financing option with no interest for first 12 months. Also, I was able to escalate my issue to their higher management, who admitted there fault and provided me with an almost 10% discount. Overall, after spending around 10k, I still don’t feel comfortable about it.
I will NOT recommend them for structural issues in the house.
