- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each situation is a little different. This is why we give free inspections to better understand and evaluate before pricing is given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st thing we accomplish is schedule an appointment for one of our licensed professional inspector to visit with you and asses your situation. Once determining the origin of the problem and the solution, a written estimate will be given.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Licensed, Bonded and Insured. We have over 28 years of experience. We are Certified with American Council for Accredited Certification for Mold Remediation.
