I reached out to Elmer for help with a closet project (combining an Ikea Pax and a Billy Bookcase), and he responded right away with his availability for the very next day. While he preferred not to provide pricing over messages, he arrived on time, reviewed what I had in mind, and worked with me to agree on a fair cost that fit my budget. Impressively, he was able to complete the job that same day. Even though the Pax and Billy have different depths, he made everything look seamless and cohesive.
