Sergio was the fastest response, and he was able to come out to look at the job within about 2-3 hours. He gave me a very competitive estimate and had availability the next day. I actually had other obligations, but we settled on a day and a price.
On the day of, he arrived about 10 minutes early, got his equipment out and got to work. He was painting around 4 rooms (living room, bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom), walls, trim, and ceiling. He also repaired some water damage to the popcorn ceiling in the living room.
It took him about 9 hours to complete the job (started at 10, completed around 7pm). I was pleased with the quality of the work that he did and his professionalism.
If I were hiring again, I might ask him to bring along another person to reduce the amount of time needed to complete the job, but he was working hard the whole time, it was just a big job for one person by themselves.
I will definitely keep Sergio in mind for future paint/drywall work in my rental.
