Fair warning, this review is long but thorough and honest. Let me start by saying Bridgette is an amazing photographer. When it comes to children’s shoots, she has the patience of a saint. When she is behind that camera, she’s like your best friend that will do anything to catch the right angles for you. She literally will lay on the floor to catch a shot. The candid moments and cute side glances will not be missed when you hire her. Whether she’s shooting in a studio or in your living, your pictures will be nothing short of fabulous. Bridgette did my covid wedding photos last year. The initial interaction was very pleasant. She was amazing and she fit right in with my family. Afterwards, we had what I will call a miscommunication while waiting to receive my photos. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong😂 There was an issue with the phone company and I wasn’t receiving messages from Bridgette when she tried to send me my link to my album. Then health issues got in the way. Words, tones, and emotions were misconstrued over texts and emails. It resulted in me leaving a bad review. Following that, Bridgette and I were finally able to get on a phone call and figure out where the disconnect was. She was more than willing to resolve any grievances I felt were present and to make me feel whole as a consumer. Since then, she’s kinda become a part of my family. My wife and I talk to her often. She’s done my daughters birthday photos, or family photos, and work related projects for us.

I can't say enough great things about BPhi Photography! I had an amazing experience. Bridgette took the time to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed every moment of our shoot. She took my calls at random hours of the day when I had questions and was patient every time. She was focused on making sure I loved my final photos. I would book her again and again and again. Wedding and Event Photography

My initial contact with Bridgette was ok. She seemed nice and her price was reasonable for an elopement. Then we had difficulty getting a response from her to send the payment so we ended up paying extra in fees which was ok. Fast forward to the wedding day. She was late which she attributed to traffic. Understandable, it happens. She was very pleasant once she did arrive. Here’s where the problems start. A month goes by and we still didn’t have any photos or contact about our photos. We were waiting for the photos to make our invitations for our larger wedding that was rescheduled due to covid. We only ended up getting a response two months later when we requested a refund via cashapp. She said she had been dealing with health issues, again, understandable, but as a business owner, communication is key. We finally got the link to our unedited digitals and more than half were completely blacked out😡 I messaged her about fixing them, as well as the edits and retouching that we paid for. She said she would fix it. Here we are in December, three months later, my wedding was September 4th. I still have no photos. There’s been no communication. I feel like I’m stalking this woman. At this point, I feel like I got better photos from my parents iPhones. I’m very disappointed not only in the photos but the level of customer service. I try to support black businesses, and female entrepreneurs as a whole but this is a no for me. This was the second most important day of my life and I feel like it was ruined. I guess it’s my fault for being cheap. Perfect example of you get what you pay for. I’m glad it happened now because I was actually entertaining hiring this professional for photography and videography for my three day wedding next year.

    Pricing is tailored to each project after consultation with client to determine full scope of project.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Client is contacted directly for a phone consultation in order to gauge full scope of the project and better determine if a working relationship is feasible. After the phone consultation, an estimate is sent detailing the scope of services and cost for the project. To secure services, deposit is required.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Real world training. Continuing education and trainings to hone my skills and make me a better photographer/videographer.
