Absolutely by far the best propertymanager I’ve ever had. Rockell is simply amazing. My rental properties were in bad shape after the pandemic in the hand of my prior manager. I had a vacant rental that needed repairs and placement which she handled right away. I had another rental with non paying tenant that she helped me evict. I had another rental that I wanted to get rid of that she helped me market to investors and sold quickly. Rockell worked hard to restore my business. She is professional, very responsive, knowledgeable and possess great work ethics. I highly recommend her.

I have use this company for one of my rental units. They managed it for me before I sold it. They took care of Tenant Placement , Maintenance, and more. Very easy to work with and always was on top of everything. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing one or several units managed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the number of units you have and the rental amount.
Our contracts are flexible to fit your needs, depending on if you need full service or not will depend on the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients can fill out our short intake form or schedule a call to answer the questions during a consultation.
After giving a quote and if accepted we will send out contract over.
To begin services we will need lead certificates, rental licenses, and a rent roll to start inputting units into our system for tenant placement, full property management, evictions, turn overs and more!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience since 2020 with wholesaling, tenant placement, and property management of 164 units. As well as business management experience from University of Maryland.
