SYStem Investment Solutions made our process worry-free, fast and easy. Her customer service made it truly amazing. We faced a few issues with our property and the rental season was pretty much over. Mrs. Sudler was very confident she could find us a tenant, using many different options to find us a great fit. She even helped with contractors. We were new to home buying and she guided us the entire way, educating us on permits and inspections.
As far as the tenant, she found us the best possible tenant with great credentials. She screened the tenants herself and coordinated everything for us. We are more than grateful for her services and look forward to using her again for a new property. Worth every dollar plus more!!!

First off, I was originally going to sell my property with a regular real estate broker with no success after 90 days, so I was very frustrated and decided to just rent out my property. I was expecting the same delays and long wait times to get the place rented. This company only specializes in finding qualified tenants and property management from beginning to end. There are no alterior motives like selling the property so the intentions are transparent. Michelle and her team are so professional, efficient and absolutely on top of everything. In fact, I was only expecting to break even on rents. But was so pleasantly surprised I was able to get $100+ positive cashflow instead. Michelle did all the heavy work. She visited the house, met with the tenant, took pictures, made notes and assessments and advised the steps. They had very meticulous pictures (better than the realtor trying to sell the place originally...) and a narrative written up within 48 hours and had the listing up on thousands of sites within 72 hours.Michelle did her due diligence and was able to find a very responsible tenant within 30 days. Michelle has excellent attention to detail and coordinated the professional contractors for touch up; walk through with new tenant, and key exchange. When the company I worked for switched ownership I took the opportunity to move the money in the 401k to an IRA. I wanted to invest in something besides stocks and bonds. I prayed for God to give me direction .Through the Bigger Pockets website I discovered Self Directed IRAs. Real Estate appeared to be a good way to diversify our portfolio. After much research we decided that rental properties would be a good investment, however we needed more information. Mr Landlord had a 5 day seminar cruise that I thought would be helpful for us. We rubbed elbows with a couple hundred investors using real estate to build wealth and we learned a lot. On the last day Michelle Yang presented her rental agreement contract. Michelle had things in the contract that few others did. Mr Landlord was so impressed with them that he said he was going to incorporate them into his contracts. When I saw that and found out that she lived near me I knew that I wanted her to be our property manager. Michelle turned out to be much more than a Property Manager, she became our friend and mentor. She knows what tenants, city inspectors, section 8 and all other entities associated with rental property are looking for. Michelle has helped us make better decisions on selecting and rehabbing properties. She has been a blessing to us. PropertyWize is worth every penny that we pay them. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a call center that is trained to get all information 24/7 hours a day. Once we receive the potential clients information, we follow-up for a phone interview within 24-48 business hours. Next we schedule a property inspection. Last we supply a copy of our contract as well as a list of things the owner will need to do to get their home rent ready.
