Our pricing is transparent. Check our website for leasing and full service property management pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discussion your short-term and long-term goals for the property. If we are a good fit, we set up a 30 to 45 minute appointment at the property to provide a refined rental analysis and determine the next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each employee has had 100 hours of training of formal classroom training in property management, on-going annual training and on-the-job training.
