Introduction: As a health provider I mostly concerned with attaining clients medical relief. Discuss medical history and medical knowledge to improve client's well-being. Assist and demonstrate stretches and exercises that clients can perform at home. Refer clients to other professionals if needed. Suggest ways to improve a client's recovery if they cannot attend massages as often as they desire. And finally, provide clients with a professional, confidential relationship to make them feel as comfortable as possible. When a Client come in with some discomfort or pain and leaves feeling 100% better. Also when they are very stressful and by the end of the session they are completely relaxed. That is my gol.

Norma gave a very expert and soothing massage. At the end I laid there for 10 minutes basking in the full relaxation of the massage. She also gives good advice on nutrition and other subject for taking care of myself

The massage I received from Norma was amazing. I suffer from lower back pain so coming to her was a great decision. I was very relaxed and after the massage my pain seemed to vanish. Norma really has healing hands, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep! ***Highly recommended for people who need stress or pain relief.***

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
By MD state law, in order to renew and keep your license you have to earn 24 hours credit education, every 2 years. Also the license should be exposed where the services are provided. And you can always add any course to better your skills. Personally, I always take extra courses in neuromuscular massage, nutrition and fitness.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Release tension and alleviate pain from shoulders, neck and back.
