The quality of time to analyze the problem with our roof was excellent. He was very professional and thorough with the inspection. Took pictures and explained very clearly how the shingles looked and what needed to be done.

I will add another review once job is complete so this review is on the estimate and the set up process. I met with Alex on a Saturday morning who came to my home within 24 hours of the request for an estimate. He was well and professionally dressed, called to inform me of his arrival time, and in fact arrived 3 minutes early! He introduced himself, we discussed my needs, and then moved on to perform their 19 point inspection. He was respectful of my property the entire time and was knowledge as he walked through the inspection findings. The presentation of materials and recommendations was excellent- not above my head at all or pushy in any sort of salesmanship fashion. Best of all the quote was the best one received out of several and so we look very forward to working with him and appreciate his time in answering all questions!EDIT: the work has been completed and everything was great! The crew arrived. And introduced themselves. The workers were timely and thorough and made sure to clean up my property once all work was complete. The project manager Alex stopped by midway through to check on progress which I greatly appreciated. Very happy I chose Prestige Roofing!
