Ross has been my son's personal trainer for 8 months now and we are thrilled with the physical results. My son is stronger, slimmer and for the first time, consistent with his workouts. Making fitness a priority has really improved his athletic ability. I would highly recommend Ross. He customizes workouts to the individual to do independently during the week. It has taken a long time to find something that my son enjoys and keeps him motivated. Ross gives him workouts so he can do without equipment so he doesn't have any excuses to not exercise. We are very happy with Ross and the time and dedication he shows.

I was very new to working out in a gym when I started working with Ross. I had been in and out of gym memberships since college, but honestly I always felt lost. Ross, not only did a good job training me, but has done a great job educating me. He is very articulate when explaining the benefits of everything from a particular exercise, warm up ritual, or dietary plan. I have also found Ross has been very open to entertaining questions between sessions, which can be very useful when working out on your own. I highly recommend Ross.

Ross Flanigan is our at-home personal trainer. From the very first day he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, caring, and above all extremely good at training us. He varies the workouts a lot so that we never get bored. He is very encouraging, and I feel he is disappointed when I am sick and can't participate. This makes me feel that I am important to him not just as a client but as a person that he genuinely cares about. He is always coming up with ways to relieve aches and pains that have developed in us with age. I have nothing negative to say about Ross. He just keeps getting better.

Ross is so great to work with on achieving personal fitness goals. He really takes the time to understand your fitness goals and challenges and customizes the workouts to make them fun and results oriented. He is good at knowing what motivates the individual and coaches with that style that works with that personality type. He is also very knowledgeable on how to do the workouts properly to avoid injury and is meticulous about form. He is comfortable to have in your home and utilizes the resources you have so you don't have to spend money on equipment to get the same results. Highly Recommend Ross to help with your training goals!
