My focus is quality. I am trustworthy and I never cut corners. Some of my competitors are cheaper, but we use the best products and we take the time to make sure you're 100% happy. House cleaning has always been a passion of mine. The joy I got while cleaning was second to knowing. Deep cleaning during early mornings was my favorite pastime. Great job. Our house was really in need of a deep cleaning after a big party. Shine and sparkle did a great job in getting everything cleaned up! They came on time, very professional and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. They cleaned up some food stains and splashes in the kitchen. I will definitely use them again.

Disappointing Move-Out Cleaning Service I recently hired this cleaning service for a move-out cleaning, and while their customer service and responsiveness were excellent, the actual cleaning left much to be desired. I expected a thorough cleaning focused on floors and walls, as I had clearly specified, but what I received was a light cleaning that did not meet professional standards, especially considering the price. What they did well; ✔ Customer Service: The company was responsive, easy to communicate with, and punctual. They arrived on time and maintained professionalism. ✔ Bathroom Cleaning: They properly sanitized the bathrooms, which I appreciated. ✔ Vacuuming: They vacuumed the rooms as requested. What Went Wrong: ❌ Incomplete Cleaning: Despite having over four hours (9:30 AM to 2 PM) in an empty house, they barely touched major areas like the kitchen and walls. Cobwebs were left hanging, and the walls remained dirty. ❌ Neglected Basement: The basement looks virtually untouched, even though I specifically requested it to be a deep cleaned do the pet mess and dirt. ❌ Poor Floor Cleaning: Instead of properly mopping, they used the same dirty mop from the basement to the first floor, spreading pet odor instead of eliminating it. ❌ Ignored Specific Instructions: I explicitly stated that pet mess needed to be removed from the house and backyard. The cleaners ran out of time and never got to the backyard, despite this being part of the service. ❌ Lack of Proper Equipment: They did not seem prepared for the job, especially for handling pet mess and deep cleaning. I even asked them to vacuum the basement dirt, and it was left in poor condition. For the price, this service was not worth it. If I wanted a basic cleaning, I should have been charged half the price. I didn’t pay for them to “try” to clean—I paid for a professional deep clean that should have met move-out standards. The only reason I’m rating them three stars instead of lower is because of their responsiveness, punctuality, and bathroom cleaning. However, I would not recommend them for pet-related or deep cleaning services, as they seemed unprepared and inefficient for the job.

I always offer discounts to recurring customers and a referral program too! Our service prices include taxes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I contact the client to find out their needs exactly. When I arrive we go over exactly what changes they would like to see. I make a suggestion on what I would like to do. They either agree or disagree and I go from there. I give them exactly what they want. Some clients even write down exactly what they want me to put emphasis on.
