FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the extent of the water damage, the size of the affected area, and how quickly equipment needs to be deployed. I offer free on-site assessments and provide a clear, itemized estimate before any work begins — no hidden fees. Emergency/after-hours response may carry an additional charge, which I'll always disclose upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a phone call or message to understand the situation — what happened, when, and how severe it looks. From there I schedule an on-site assessment, often same-day for active water damage. I use moisture meters and thermal imaging to map out exactly where water has traveled, explain the plan and timeline, then bring in commercial-grade air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers to dry and treat the space. I stay in touch throughout the job with progress updates until moisture levels are back to normal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC water damage restoration certification
