- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the most expensive and we are not the cheapest. We feel that delivering exceptional value is the key. I was taught to under promise and over deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is all about communication. Figuring out the needs for each individual client. None are the same. So discussing what the needs and expectations are for each event. I believe that if I am a good listener that people will give the formula to making them happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I lived and worked in Las Vegas for 9 years. I have endless stories about being a photographer in Vegas.
