- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small locally owned company so our pricing is competitive. We do not carry the overhead costs that the bigger companies do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Homeowner schedules free inspection. It usually takes 30 minutes. We email a written estimate within twenty -four hours after inspection. Our business is relationship-based, so you’ll find no salesmen or high-pressure sales tactics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
