It took a week or so for us to make the schedule but on the agreed day, they showed up on time and performed the job. Although I had requested the clean up and some maintenance of the gutters I was told the agreement was for cleaning only. However, they did according to what I had originally expected for no extra charge. I saw a good result after the first rain but will wait to see how the gutters will deal with the snow later in the season. I will hire this contractor again.

The Lucas team arrived at my location timely and went right to work. They were very polite and professional. I asked them to photograph the work before and after cleaning my gutters. I was pleased with their work and will surely use them for other projects.

We've used Lucas Special Services for years and I recommend him to anyone. Some recent work he's completed:
-Powerwash house, repaint shutters, fix broken door jams
-Remove texture from indoor walls, apply skim coats, repaint
-Painting the entirety of the house (including picking out all paint and supplies)
-Carpet cleaning
-Caulking
-Installing window blinds
-Changing a chandelier light (that 3 electrical companies said they couldn't complete because it was too tall)
Earl is incredibly responsive and finds time to fit me into his schedule as soon as possible. He makes sure I'm satisfied with all the work and will keep working until it's perfect. He cleans up the house as he's working and deeper cleans once it's done. He keeps me updated on the status. His prices are fair. You couldn't ask for a better handyman to work with.
