I had a leak that sprung up on a house I just bought. Lucas Special Services reached out and came to evaluate and diagnose the problem very quickly. They were able to make the repairs and did so at a very reasonable cost. They were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable! I will definitely work with them on future projects!

It took a week or so for us to make the schedule but on the agreed day, they showed up on time and performed the job. Although I had requested the clean up and some maintenance of the gutters I was told the agreement was for cleaning only. However, they did according to what I had originally expected for no extra charge. I saw a good result after the first rain but will wait to see how the gutters will deal with the snow later in the season. I will hire this contractor again.
