I had cracks in a couple of walls in my house; my back screened-in porch was starting to lean to one side; and my crawl space was in bad shape with old pink insulation dropping from overhead and water accumulating inside on the ground. Everyone with JES was very professional. The installation crew was magnificent!!! - very polite and very serious and focused on their work. They installed jacks in the crawlspace and under the porch; installed a second sump pump; installed underground extension pipes for the rainspouts; and encapsulated the crawlspace. The job was VERY labor intensive, but the crew never slowed down. Within a short period of time after the job was completed, there was a noticeable reduction in the damp/musty odor in the house.

Shine and Antoine did a great job. However, we were not notified of the time for our repair. The initial date for repairs was text to us,and we felt threatened if we didn't respond quickly or we would serviced at a later date. We respond immediately. We received no notification of the time without calling. When the truck came, the concrete people said they were sent to us by mistake. They said we would get a discount because of that mistake.Finally, Shaine and Antoine arrived and did a great job.

Our Church had foundation repair done and the experience was great. The onsite team of Daquan A & Ka on C. were very professional, explained the process and showed us the results. I would recommend this company to anyone. This company has been around for 31 years. On April 22, 2024 I had a representative from JES foundation repair company to come out and give me an estimate on my problem with my basement area. Jason Gamse was the representative that came to my home. He was very thorough, explained everything in detail and Answered all of my questions. Jason walked me through all the choices I had in fixing the problem with my houses foundation and what would be needed to do so. He explained every choice very well and I made the final decision in what would work for me. If you have any problems with leaky basement or foundation problems I would recommend JES Foundation repair. Give them a call before your problem gets worse.
