- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tara will get some information and schedule your inspection. Jay will arrive on time to complete your inspection. He will send you a written quote that evening. Tara will follow-up with you to answer any questions you may have. Chris will lead our install team. Tara will issue your warranty. We will only here from you from the folks you refer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We focus on three specialties: Basement Waterproofing, Foundation Crack Repairs, and Crawlspace Encapsulation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please do not fall for the high pressure, used-car-salesman tactics used by some of our competitors. Feel free to get multiple quotes. If you feel pressured to "buy now" it is because you are being taken to the bank. At Armored Basement Waterproofing, our price is good for as long as you need.
