I met with Gary, in person, for an estimate, and he was friendly, very organized and explained everything to me very clearly including where the water was entering from and what he would do to fix it. The pricing which was much better than other competitors as well! Before the project began I had a few questions and all communication via email was clear and quick! The project was completed today and Chris and his team were great! They showed up on time and Chris and his team were very friendly and professional and cleaned up after wards. Again, Chris answered all my questions and did great work. Very greatful to have found them, the entire experience was completely pain-free. I highly recommend them!

Job went great. From the initial call to the office, to the final job. I was 100% satisfied. The inspector was very knowledgeable. I love that he was able to diagnose the source of the problem. Unlike some of the companies we had out. If we had wemt with someone else, we would have done more work than needed. Jay explained the process in detail. The crew then executed the job to the exactly the way jay explained it. Thats one thing i loved the most about this company. They stay in constant sync with each other. In the past we have dealt with companies where the salesman says one thing. Then the crew does things totally different. Not with these guys. I highly recommend armored basement waterproofing to anyone with a water problem.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tara will get some information and schedule your inspection. Jay will arrive on time to complete your inspection. He will send you a written quote that evening. Tara will follow-up with you to answer any questions you may have. Chris will lead our install team. Tara will issue your warranty. We will only here from you from the folks you refer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We focus on three specialties: Basement Waterproofing, Foundation Crack Repairs, and Crawlspace Encapsulation.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please do not fall for the high pressure, used-car-salesman tactics used by some of our competitors. Feel free to get multiple quotes. If you feel pressured to "buy now" it is because you are being taken to the bank. At Armored Basement Waterproofing, our price is good for as long as you need.
