We replaced an existing floating vanity cabinet, sink and faucet in our bathroom with a new free-standing vanity cabinet, sink and faucet. Complicating factors were unusually constructed plumbing underneath the sink, the existence of a 6” stone baseboard that had not previously been in the way of the floating vanity cabinet but would prevent the new cabinet from being flush against the wall because of the legs (which could not be moved), and the new vanity cabinet was 2-3” shorter than the vanity cabinet it replaced. Jhon and his crew reconfigured the plumbing underneath, took advantage of a generous countertop overhang so that the rear vanity cabinet legs could rest against the baseboard so that neither the baseboard nor the cabinet legs had to be cut and the countertop and backsplash could still rest against the wall, and they repaired the drywall damage resulting from removal of the old backsplash. Jhon was responsive and transparent about the challenges of the project at every step, and he and his crew were professional and punctual, worked efficiently, did excellent work, and left a very clean worksite. We highly recommend them.
