- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All payments on estimated priced jobs are 50% of total bill paid upfront and the other 50% paid at completion of electrical work. Prices quoted are estimates and the actual cost of labor and materials may be higher or lower based upon the amount of time and materials necessary to complete the job. The total payment for work completed will be based upon the quoted hourly rate times the amount of hours worked plus the cost of materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. introduce myself. 2. survey the project with the customer. 3. explain the work that needs to be done in a fashion that the customer can understand. 4. agree on pricing and set a date to start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of electrical experience. 4 years of electrical apprenticeship training. Low voltage training. 2 years of electrical training at a vocational technology school.
