I would have selected all of the positives, if possible! This was my first time using Thumbtack, and Choosing Whyte Light for my fixture installation was a decision im so glad I made. If I could have chosen all 3 I would. Julian did amazing work installing our bathroom exhaust fan. He was right on time and walked us through every single step. The work is great and looks/works great. Cant wait to hire him again and would absolutely recommend him!

I don’t write reviews more often whether it’s good or bad but this one I have pleased to do so. Julian is a wonderful electrician as well as a good person. He came to my house well before the scheduled time as he was done his earlier appointment bit early. He is very reasonable and explained me electrical issue for which I had requested the help for. He is able fix a switch in couple of minutes and the price he quoted to fix such minor issues was very reasonable while many other electricians I contacted quoted some ridiculous amount which I wouldn’t have paid anyways. I also had a very bad experience with other people, if you ask them to fix one thing they will come up with so many other issues and charge for no reason. But Julian stick to fixing the issue and didn’t complain about any other things and he was done with his work within an hour fixing a switch and a timer. I am really very happy with his service and will stick to him for any future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects done by us have set pricing meaning so there are no surprises. So no matter if it's one switch or 10 recess lights, it's all set pricing for the project no hourly rate. So the customer knows exactly what they're paying for at the starting of the project and the end of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather any and all information possible over the phone or through photos to our email about the project. If this isn't possible and an onsite estimate is needed we charge $99 to come out and give an estimate on site. If you approve quote the charge to come out becomes free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an overall 18 years working experience in the electrical field. Training from Generac to hooking up Ethernet, troubleshooting panels and wiring issues, wiring new homes from start to finish and staying current to the National Electrical Codes. We follow all state and county guidelines.
