- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects done by us have set pricing meaning so there are no surprises. So no matter if it's one switch or 10 recess lights, it's all set pricing for the project no hourly rate. So the customer knows exactly what they're paying for at the starting of the project and the end of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather any and all information possible over the phone or through photos to our email about the project. If this isn't possible and an onsite estimate is needed we charge $99 to come out and give an estimate on site. If you approve quote the charge to come out becomes free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an overall 18 years working experience in the electrical field. Training from Generac to hooking up Ethernet, troubleshooting panels and wiring issues, wiring new homes from start to finish and staying current to the National Electrical Codes. We follow all state and county guidelines.
