Correct report. Wrong flood map used ; only 1 photo used. Building and property unkept, overgrown and dirty. Report must be corrected for payment .

Our goal is always to provide a thorough and accurate appraisal. During the inspection, we were unable to attain accurate interior photos. Even so, the appraiser completed a full inspection of the property, and the valuation was based on all observations made during the visit, along with relevant market data and appraisal methodology (not solely on the photographs included).
