Cristian (the owner) came on a Monday to give me a quote and by the end of the weekend we hired him. We had gotten 3 other quotes and no one else asked me the number of questions he asked to ensure our project was done right. He came in my house and sat down with me to show me brochures of what my options were for the deck color, railing styles, etc. He was very informative and got me several quotes based upon the diff options I had asked to look into. We are done with our backyard deck and it looks amazing. I've already started getting quotes for several other projects we want done in our house.

I recently hired Cristian Portillo, owner of Pluto Remodeling, for work at my home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Cristian was extremely pleasant to work with and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the project.

He was able to fit me into his schedule right away and completed the job exactly when he said he would. As the work progressed, a few extras came up, and Cristian handled them with fairness and transparency — we were able to reasonably discuss both time and cost without any pressure.

Communication was another strong point. Cristian was always reachable, whether by text or phone, and consistently responsive. When the job was done, he left the grounds clean and in great shape, which I really appreciated.

I would highly recommend Pluto Remodeling to friends and family. In fact, I already plan to have Cristian back later this summer for additional work. A truly positive experience all around.

I recently had my basement remodeled, which included turning a half bathroom into a full bathroom, new flooring and an area for sink with refrigerator and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Christian and his team at Pluto Remodeling, Inc. were professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. Christian listened to my vision, offered great suggestions, and kept me updated throughout the entire project.

The craftsmanship is outstanding, the bathroom looks beautiful and functions perfectly, and the new flooring completely transformed the space. Christian also is skilled at being an electrician and plumber, and the details for what would need to be done to ensure everything was installed correctly. He was not just a project manager but also understood the details that went into the home inspections with the county. He kept the work area clean, and made the whole process stress-free.
