- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every job is unique, we don't have a set pricing unless it is for just strictly service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customer call in and tell us what they need or explain to us they have a job they would like us to look at. We either schedule service for them or send one of our trained technicians to give them an proposal for the job they are requestiing
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a master electricians license for Maryland, DC and Virignia
