I really liked the job that Luis and his team did for my office. Luis did a great job communicating when he and his team will arrive at my home. When there was some areas that I felt like it needed to be touched up it was easy to just make a comment and Luis grabbed his team to make the correct changes. He also did not want to leave without making sure I liked the wall. I really appreciated his work and I will for sure reach out to him again for the next job.

The painters Luis sent brought no supplies. Instead they ransacked my closets and cupboards to use my supplies. Stirred paint with broom handles and hangers, used my towels, sponges, and step ladder. Broke a curtain rod while going through my closets. Paint uneven on walls and splattered on wood floors, countertops, and cabinets. “Painted” a bathroom with untinted paint- so it was clear and didn’t look painted at all. Luis said he’d come back to fix, but then said the same two guys who made all the mistakes were coming back- the same guys that told me damage to a cabinet was “already there” before admitting tape pulled the paneling off. No way did I want them back in my place. I’ve spent five hours so far correcting the mistakes and removing paint from surfaces it shouldn’t be on.
