Hired to replace flashing around my skylight that was leaking. Arrived and went up to my 3 story roof to look at the issue, even with strong winds and freezing temps. Quoted me a reasonable price and returned the next day to efficiently and professionally complete the job......just before snowfall. Great guys, would hire again, no problem!

TERRIBLE WORK and BAD PROFESSIONALS!! we hired him to re-install 4 interior bedroom doors and 2 exterior doors in an apartment. They gave us a written quote for $300 to which we agreed. Then they asked us to increase the price to $350, after contract approval, to which we also agreed. They installed 2 interior bedroom doors (30x80”) but both doors do not open all the way (the doors were supposed to be shaved from the bottom due to carpet) and are hung crooked. Our painters working in the same apartment complained that their tools were stolen by these guys and finally returned today. Today they asked us for $200 more (going from $300 to $500) and started cursing when told that we had a contract price. These are 2 guys, Orlen Alvarado and another who calls himself “Kevin”. We would never rehire them.

thank you so much Sr for the opportunity but no carpenter will intalle 2 exterior 7interior that you add at the end for 300dollars the same amount of money. is not my problem the you wanna be so cheap also that your checks don't have funds that's we investigate you with other people you hace work with and they all Said that same thing plus you take up to 3 moths just to pay !. also we did not stole anything everyone has mistakes .we talk to your painter and we give back the things we took by mistakes plus you need to pay him not keep on holding his money you have to keep your words .I'm still waiting on the police call you say you was gonna make we have nothing to worrie about you need to pay us for the work the is already done
