Mr. Memic, the owner of On Demand Construction, is friendly, nice, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and produces superior quality at quite reasonable prices. He and his assistant, also a very friendly, nice person always arrived on time and proceeded to perform their work quickly and excellently. I had a new banister installed, a storm door replaced, damaged areas repaired and painted. I am so impressed that I want them back to do several more renovations on my house. HIRE THEM!! You will not be disappointed.

Vahid and team are amazing!! I got a response within 30 mins of requesting an estimate (on a weekend no less!!) and he came to look at the project same day. He provided a fair and transparent estimate. Within the week his team came and completely patched and painted our wall. The work looks amazing and his team was friendly and efficient. I will be using their services again.

Extremely happy with the work done by Vahid and his crew at On Demand. Very professional and timely with his estimate, and responsive with all communication during the project to replace rotted exterior wood and paint the new wood. Very honest and completely trust worthy throughout the entire project. My house looks fantastic! Will definitely use him again.

Vahid was amazing. I’m not using that word lightly. Perfectly on time, kind, professional to the nth degree, clean install on everything (no debris or boxes left behind, capable of going the extra mile, detail oriented, careful with our property, no time wastage. He installed a shower glass door, paintings and tv arm brackets with tvs. We got lucky hiring Vahid.
