I highly recommend Vahid (On demand Construction) for any home renovation needs. He managed several complex projects for us, including a full bathroom remodel with new laundry hookups and a difficult electrical run that he completed without unnecessary drywall damage.

He has a great eye for space, expertly converting a seating area into a functional closet and enlarging a bedroom to add a walk-in closet. Vahid is versatile, reasonably priced, and provides honest, expert advice that helped us make the best decisions for our home.

Had On Demand Construction frame out a storage room in my basement to convert it into a home gym, plus add electrical and lighting upgrades to the space. From start to finish, the level of communication and professionalism was outstanding — they were responsive, showed up when they said they would, and walked me through the plan clearly before any work started.

The framing work was clean and precise, which mattered since I was bolting down a heavy-duty power rack afterward and needed the space done right. The electrical and lighting additions turned what used to be a dark, unfinished storage room into a bright, functional space I actually enjoy training in.

If you’re looking for a contractor who communicates well and does quality work without the usual back-and-forth headaches, I’d highly recommend On Demand Construction. Will be using them again for future projects.

I enjoyed working with the team. The team has done an excellent job and beyond what they have asked. I always got updates of what would be done. When I had questions about specific details, they explained to make sure I understood. They helped with picking up materials and provided information for suppliers. Their work ethic was admirable, and even after hours, they responded with answers. They also helped us with alternative solutions for something we wanted. The project has been outstanding. We recommended their business to our relatives and friends, and we hope to work with them again in the future.

For the service, we had two rooms in the basement to finish along with partial work in the utility room.

I cannot say enough good things about Vahid and his team. They helped me with repairs on my condo before I moved out, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. His communication was top-notch. He followed up consistently, asked all the right questions, and was very upfront and reasonable with his pricing. He offered great advice and truly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done perfectly. On top of being extremely kind, he even followed up after everything was finished just to check on me and see how things turned out. I highly, highly recommend!
