From the very beginning of our interactions, it was clear this would be a good experience for us. After contacting two other tile installers and receiving very high estimates for our backsplash, we reached out to On Demand and received a prompt response and then a reasonable estimate for the job. This is the first time that I used ThumbTack. I was worried that my job might be too small. I had a problem with my back gate where the underlying wood for the latch was splitting. Vahid came out the same day and fixed the initial problem that same day. He also corrected another problem on a different part of my fence where the fence was leaning which made it hard to open the gate. I was so impressed by his work, knowledge, and punctuality, that I can’t wait to use him on another project.
