Paul was very professional and took his time and explained in detail what needed to be done. He even found out that my pipes were incorrectly installed by a previous contractor. As the owner of new puppy, my first puppy might I mention.I had no idea how much goes into potty training and my dog absolutely made a mess of my carpet in several rooms.I thought Id be doomed from the stains and smell, I tried serval methods of cleaning and got pretty much no where.One call and 20 minutes later, my carpet looked new and my place smells amazing !
