Yoandris from JBA Heating and Air Conditioning came out for annual maintenance on my dual central air units, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. He was punctual, respectful, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The work was done thoroughly and professionally. Yoandris made sure everything was cleaned, inspected, and fully operational before he left. Joe was great. He was able to come on the weekend at a time that worked with our schedule, and continued to troubleshoot until the water heater was fixed. He aslo made recommendations about our heating and AC unit.
