I had a duct and dryer vent cleaning. They arrived on time, and were very professional and efficient. Best of all, they didn't try to upsell me. (I was ready to say no to anything that wasn't included, but fortunately I didn't have to.)

Do yourself a favor and don't use this company, pay a little more for professionals. This one's amateur hour. It's just a guy, a helper and a big vacuum. I see nothing "Green" about this company or its products and processes. Nothing was used to actually clean the vents other than a rotary brush, so I wouldn't necessarily call this a "cleaning" service either.

We used a top of the line negative air vacuum to create negative pressure in the duct, and used rotating brushes through each Duct I'm not sure what more you wanted... Also when necessary we use organic cleaners to disinfect the Duct system as needed. Hence our name...

I got caught up by the great price. Delay in responding to my post should have been a hint. No show for my appointment and calling went right to voicemail. Pay a little more elsewhere and hopefully get a reliable provider.
