- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and fair. We offer free estimates for most services, and we’ll always let you know in advance if there’s any fee involved — no surprises. We sometimes offer discounts for larger jobs or returning clients, and we accept multiple payment methods, including Zelle, Venmo, check and cash. Need a custom quote? Just send us the details and we’ll be happy to help!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to what you need — whether it’s an installation, repair, or inspection. You can send us a message with photos or a brief description of the issue. If needed, we’ll schedule a quick visit to evaluate the work and give you a clear estimate. Once approved, we set a date and time that works best for you and get the job done efficiently and safely. We keep communication open throughout the process and make sure you're fully satisfied before we finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a trained and certified electrician with hands-on experience in residential and commercial electrical work. In addition to formal technical training, I’ve completed safety courses and stay up to date with local electrical codes and best practices. This ensures every job is done safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards.
