Cleaning was ultimately good. But she was 2 hours late, and didn’t bother to proactively tell me she would be late. 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time when she was still a no show, I had to reach out to her to find out whether she was coming. Again, the cleaning itself was good.

Consequently, I tried to squeeze you in, but I got stuck in two hours of traffic while driving to your house; I wasn't able to make calls or send messages at the time. You called, and I told you I was on my way. But thanks again for the comment—I'm glad you were pleased with the cleaning.
