I have been a carpenter since I was 16. I worked and learned next to my father and uncles, who were journeymen and true craftsmen .They taught me through good planning, communication, and honesty. I can get the job done right and on time . By doing this I get the job done right the first time . This saves everyone time and money. I am fully insured and am proud to say I have never used it. Knock on wood! I enjoy doing good work. I take on each project as if it were my own home project. I take pride in my work and enjoy it. I like to help others make their visions come to life. After working for many contractors and the bath remodel guys, they made all of the money not there customer ,or labor . So I started my own business to take out the middle man and to bring down the price of home improvements/ Lay out / Decorating and design for my clients. Patrick was very professional from the very beginning. he came a couple times to check measurements and did above and beyond of the work that was expected. customizing things like the stand for my invoice printer, to adding a touch of paint to match my walls. I love the shelves, desk, and the cube that he made for usage of the entire wall in my office. I won't need a bookstand anymore and now have more floor space in my office, which was my main goal to begin with. my file cabinets were painted the way I wanted also. there were some last minute additions like taking the drawers from my old desk and installing on the new one... he made it happen. Thanks Patrick for a wonderful job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job, the rate may vary. But before any work starts, there will be a clear understanding between me and the client, regarding how much the work will cost. I will put that in writing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them in person and have them tell me what project it is they want done. I like to look everything over to determine that it is a job I know I can do. I will give them an honest, written estimate with no hidden prices on anything. I like to give them a time line for start and finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a journeyman carpenter for over 20 years with local 101 United Brotherhood of Carpenters in Baltimore.
