About
I have been a carpenter since I was 16. I worked and learned next to my father and uncles, who were journeymen and true craftsmen .They taught me through good planning, communication, and honesty. I can get the job done right and on time . By doing this I get the job done right the first time . This saves everyone time and money. I am fully insured and am proud to say I have never used it. Knock on wood!
I enjoy doing good work. I take on each project as if it were my own home project. I take pride in my work and enjoy it. I like to help others make their visions come to life. After working for many contractors and the bath remodel guys, they made all of the money not there customer ,or labor . So I started my own business to take out the middle man and to bring down the price of home improvements/ Lay out / Decorating and design for my clients. So please call me and let me see if I can help.
Thanks , Patrick

Patrick is an amazing carpenter with a creative eye and mindset. There doesn't seem to be much he couldn't do. We added picture moulding, closet shelving, hanging mirrors, tv mounts to our list. All done flawlessly

The finished product looks great. He put in extra effort (including a second trip) to make it happen, despite the surprises we found after opening the wall.
Details: Windows • Replacement of portions of existing structure • Residential

Patrick's work is second to none. He took the time to make sure the wheelchair ramp for my father was ADA compliant. His entire concern throughout the job was to maintain my dad's safety and comfort. Also, not only is the ramp very sturdy, it looks nice too. When the job was finished, there was absolutely no mess. Everything was cleaned like the construction never happened! I plan on referring Stares Restoration to everybody.
Details: Front door • Manual wheelchair • Need professional’s help to decide • Home • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim or grant

Pat did outstanding work on a custom sliding shower door. We have a very inconvenient folding door. He took that out and replaced with a customized sliding door. He did a remarkable job and we are well pleased with the result. He was also able to steam clean our shower door. Most importantly, Pat charges a reasonable price and is honest about the work that is needed and/or required. He is very nice, friendly and easy to work with. Communication is also outstanding.

Patrick was very professional and did great work. We needed doors shaved and re-hung to fit over newly installed wood saddles. He was on-time, very efficient, and the doors now look great and function properly. We will very likely use Patrick again in the future.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the job, the rate may vary. But before any work starts, there will be a clear understanding between me and the client, regarding how much the work will cost. I will put that in writing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet them in person and have them tell me what project it is they want done. I like to look everything over to determine that it is a job I know I can do. I will give them an honest, written estimate with no hidden prices on anything. I like to give them a time line for start and finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a journeyman carpenter for over 20 years with local 101 United Brotherhood of Carpenters in Baltimore.
