I hired Carlos to do some work in my kids bathroom. First of all, his pricing was very reasonable. He seemed knowledgeable about what I was asking. He responded quickly to questions. He was on time for the work. In fact, his workers showed up before the appointed time. He finished everything in a day and they did not leave a mess. I was very impressed with his work and especially his work ethic. I'll definitely use him again. I highly recommend him.

I cannot recommend CDF General Construction enough for home renovations. Carlos and his team were punctual, responsive, and incredibly professional. The work he did was excellent and thorough. And his prices were also reasonable. I am loving all repairs and renovations that he has done to my 110 year old rowhouse. I will use him him again in the future.

Carlos of CDF construction gave me an estimate to remodel my master bathroom, plus to install a new patio sliding door. The price offered was between a half and a third of what the big contractors were asking. CDF took approximately one week to complete all the work. I am very satisfied with the work they completed. They fully accomplished all tasks, and were always open to questions, or extra tasks I added on. CDF workers were friendly and kept the work zone clean as possible. I recommend CDF because they are skilled in carpentry, tiling, painting, window installation, and can handle most construction tasks themselves. I also like that they do not use subcontractors; they only have several of their own employees. And the low price gets passed on to the client. For their reasonable prices and high quality, I would highly recommend using them. (Attached are my before/after pics. I believe CDF has posted their own too).

Carlos and his team were extremely polite and professional. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done. I requested a number of services for my rental property: repairing and painting a large wood deck and a wooden front porch, placing tile on a bathroom floor, painting the front door, power washing, placing no-slide strips on carpeted stairs to the basement, roof leaks, gutter cleaning and fixes....He is very responsive and does it all at reasonable prices. I will call him in the future.
