Many years ago, I was a horrible public speaker. Despite being personable with friends, whenever I had to speak in front of a group in a more formal setting, I got nervous, anxious, and was constantly stumbling over my words.
At some point, I told myself this is not the person I want to be anymore. I don’t want to live the rest of my life in fear of the next time I had to speak in front of a crowd.
