- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?-Usually our new customers contact us by email, or phone. 1-We discuss about the work requested to make sure is something we can do, also pricing. 2-We scheduled a free estimated or in some cases services. 3- In the appointment on site we measure the affected areas and explain to the customer everything that we can do and need to be done to perform the job. 4-The same day after the appointment, the customer will receive by email a detailed estimated and scope of work. 5-After the customer review the estimated, they can call us any time to scheduled the services.
