I had two windows, one in the bedroom and the other in the basement, with cracked glass. They came out to provide an estimate, and the price was reasonable, so they ordered the glass. They came back a week later to install it. Overall, a good job.

The Premier team was super responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They easily identified the issue we were having with our main front window, which we were worried would cost much more money to repair, and were able to fix it within a few hours (especially important as the work was being done in January!). The Premier team also checked our other front windows at no cost while they were on site.

We are so pleased with Premiere. They were there when they said they would be. They provided great service and fixed our problem window when one company said they couldn't, and another company said the window had to be completely replaced at $1,800 --yes $1,800!!! Premiere charged a small fraction of that price -- We would use Premiere again!!

All credit card payments have 3.5% fee.
We do offer discount.
We have a minimum fee for the job.

We offer warranty and stand behind our product and repair process.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is when a customer reaches out and we set up a free of charge estimate / consultation at the worksite (most of the times it’s the customer’s house). 99% of times we are able to provide the quote right on the spot after we evaluate and measure the windows/ patio door. After which if or when the customer moves forward with the job we set up an installation date. We never take the windows off the customer’s property! All the work is done onsite! Windows are never boarded! And we are constantly present on the job site all the time in case of any unexpected situations. Once the job is completed we collect the payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of direct industry experience. As well as experience working with different Windows manufacturers such as Pella windows, Marvin windows, and other brands.
