Mr. Harris called me to let me know what time he would be at my home; and he was there on time. He was very professional and spoke as if my broken window would be no problem. My window was not a normal size and was for an old enclosed porch. Although he had to take the frame to fix the window, he was back the next day, and all was well. I'm so, so satisfied and will use him in the future for another job, Oh, the price was very reasonable, I'm glad I discovered Thumbtack.
