KB responded right away and was able to come out the following day. We appreciated his honesty when he told us we’d be better off getting a new appliance (washing machine) as the repair would have been too costly particularly due to the age of the machine. He was able to recommend some newer models for us as well. We saved his info for future use and would recommend!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Approximately 2 years of on the job training running on average of 6 service calls a day servicing cooking appliances, dishwashers, and laundry appliances.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I retired from a county job after 23 years of service. I needed to start a new career. I read Ken Coleman’s book and took the job assessment. I learned that I had a passion to help others and that repairing appliances would be a great fit. I was immediately hired by a large appliance repair company. I worked there for approximately 2 years learning everything I could in the cook/dish and laundry fields. I loved it. Granted i’m retired, I didn’t sign up for the long days and daily dissatisfied customers due to overbooked calls totally out of my control. I decided to start my own business doing what I love to do and provide excellent customer service.
