Lawrence was very responsive to any and all questions (and I had a LOT of them. Lol). He is very knowledgeable and has been a pleasure to get to know. Lesley was prompt to schedule an inspection and thorough with the report. She walked us through each step and went above and beyond to ensure our home was safe again. Hands down the best!!! While selling my property we discovered mold. I spoke to several remediation companies but Green Home Solutions stood out (way out!) with the most comprehensive processes! Brian was extremely helpful in explaining what I was facing, the step-by-step process it takes to remediate and future prevention options. I came up with 1001 questions daily; Brian answered each quickly, with the best attitude and genuine care. He moved things around on his busy schedule to fit my timeline. The level of service and professionalism I received were premier; and there are not enough words to express the confidence I have in this company and the phenomenal work they did. My post-remediation scores were much better than I expected. Once the results were out, Brian took the time to speak to my home buyers and made them feel equally comfortable. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on being transparent. Once we conduct an assessment, we can develop a treatment plan that features our EPA-registered, plant-based products.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we set up an appointment for an assessment. After conducting a thorough inspection and understanding each customer's needs, we provide the customer with a written estimate within 24 hours. We're here to explain any aspect of the estimate. Then we schedule the remediation work as well as a post-remediation assessment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Indoor Environmentalists certified by the American Council for Accredited Certification. The training focuses on understanding a range of indoor air quality issues: from moisture control and air filtration solutions to the nature of mold and mold growth, allergens, and odor issues.
