Dale and his team are phenomenal. I would highly recommend their services for property management because they are responsive, professional and are able to add value. I personally experienced my tenants refusing to pay and the second that I hired Silverline they made contributions.

I have tremendous respect for Dale and his company. I have used several property managers in the past and have been extremely unsatisfied. Hiring Silverline for our family rental property was the best investment we've ever made. From day 1 the experience with Silverline was super easy and efficient. We flew into town just to meet with Dale before we hired. He runs an unbelievable professional business mostly from his own home. The employees we met were intelligent, experienced, and very friendly. The operations and maintenance departments have been really nice to work with because they are very straight forward, honest, and vested in my business. They have a very dependable 3rd party maintenance service on-call 24hrs for both tenant and landlord. It is extremely efficient. I know they value me as a customer because they are very prompt to respond to my emails and phone calls. I can't say enough about this Property Management company, I highly recommend them. We don't have the easiest tenants to work with we know that. Silverline has never complained once to us. They collect rent and deliver statements ontime each month. Never an excuse never missing a step. We have been just over the moon happy with all the services from Silverline. We have had such headaches working with past management companies. It is so refreshing to have found Silverline, they have made all the difference in our rental experience. I wish there were more companies like Silverline. We are completely satisfied 100% with Silverline Property Management.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing depends upon each property. The number one factor in determining price will be the rental value or the sales value of a home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we have a conversation about the needs of the customer to determine if we are a good fit. Once we have determined that we can indeed help the new customer we discuss next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a real estate license and have been managing hundreds of rentals for over 7 years. I have a keen understanding of both the real estate rental market and the sales market so that I can approach each customer and their property with a holistic view.
