We always offer FREE in home estimates. Our price and warranty written out clearly to give piece of mind to our clients. Along with a reputation to back it.
Any home that we install a Radon mitigation system in, automatically gets a professional, third party follow up test. (cost included) We don't hand out a DIY test kit, that could easily be tampered with, and is absolutely no good in a real estate transaction. Again, this is for piece of mind that our clients KNOW their Radon levels have been lowered.
It feels great being able to do something for the community, that truly is saving lives.

They did the job with great recommendations on how to best traffic the water out of the house. Rerouted the sump pump drain so it ran away from the house.

They immediately emailed me back and unlike other companies, they didn't give me a price right away even though they had never been to my house, but set up a time when they would come to my house and review the work that needed to be done. The price they offered me was very reasonable and they were very professional. I was very pleased with the work they did and definitely recommend them.

Over all, they did a good job. I was not a fan of the extra $125 charged because apparently something wasn’t “noticed” till after hey did the job??? It ended up being more expensive than competing quotes in the long run which I was not a fan of.
