Justin did an excellent job at a reasonable price. He made two trips to our house, one to measure the windows in need of replacement, the other to install the new ones. I knew I could rely on him when he came the first time and measured the windows three times, doing better than the standard "measure twice, cut once". He was personable and informative. He answered all of my questions, explained everything I asked him to explain, cleaned the new glass carefully and a bit of related old glass, cleaned up after himself and spent exactly the amount of time that he had previously estimated it would take. He will be my first choice if I ever need more glass repair in the future.

Had a gap in the bypass of my window due to warping from the weather. Issue was fixed after he informed me how to properly close and ensure the latches are connected in the bypass. Others told me the window would need to be replaced, even though all the windows in my home were replaced in 2019. Excellent service, will definitely use again!
