Working with Compelion Technology has been a wonderful experience.
I have no choice but to give the service 5 stars ! I contacted Compelion Technology because my computer was not working correctly and thought I could use some professional help.
Shortly after emailing Compeliontech@gmail.com about my concerns. I received an email from of a representative name Robert from the
Compelion Technology Company.
I was glad I contacted this company and met Robert because this may have been the best customer service experience ever!
After asking a couple of follow up questions I was greeted with a phone call, just he could walk me through a couple of steps. Once he walked me through those steps he was able to better understand my situation.
After he realized that I had a virus in my machine. He remotes into my computer and scans my files I would like to keep and made sure they was not infected and backed them up. After he backed them up he did a factory reset in my computer and placed all of my files back.
Now my computer is working just like it’s brand new !!
