I always prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety. If your pet has severe matting, i may need to shave down the coat to prevent pain or injury. Shaving may expose skin conditions or cause minor irritation. Extra time and charges may apply. If fleas, ticks, or signs of contagious conditions are found, i may stop the grooming session and a cleaning fee may apply.
