I have only positive things to say about this company! We had issues with several of our HVAC units and they promptly discovered the problems and worked to help find us a solution! I will be using them for all my future hvac needs! This is a 5 star company! Rich is an amazing guy! He is honest and hard working! He truly wants to get the job done well! Great experience, everything was seamless. Matt & Rich both did a tremendous job, had multiple leaks in bathrooms and Air Conditioner unit needed maintenance. This team went above and beyond to get the jobs done, they were professional, considerate, kind , helpful and cleaned up afterwards. I was so impressed with BPM that I have them coming back to do additional repairs. So glad I found them and will highly recommend to anyone who is in need of plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning service.

Shawn, the tech, was efficient an professional. He diagnosed our AC problem quickly and did his best to ensure our costs were minimized. He was extremely trustworthy and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. We will continue to use BPM for our HVAC needs.
