- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact to get the full scope of expected work. Photos from different angles and videos will be greatly appreciated to size up the work and reduces the time to get accurate estimate. Survey and cost estimate onsite and schedule a convenient dates with a customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Engineer by trade and making sure small details are set correctly is my calling. I lack necessary licenses to work as electrician or plumber but have enough knowledge of a code to advise and make small repairs without plan alterations.
