Beth is professional, encouraging, and patient. I appreciate her optimism. The price seems reasonable to me…the cost is still painful but the expense of being out of shape is, too! I needed help to get back off of zero strength after a year of relative hedonism. It’s too soon to tell if it’s helping, but I believe Beth when she tells me my muscles will remember and pop back relatively quickly.

I had a good experience with the trainer. The virtual aspect was not too inconvenient. I wish I could get a summary of the workouts to continue to train myself during my travels.

If I could click on all the options I would. I love Home Core Fitness they work with my budget,they reply really fast, and they are just so awesome. All of our trainers hold certifications that are nationally recognized as well as insured.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Our team has backgrounds in construction, HVAC, office jobs and more but the one thing we all have in common is our desire to help others. We are grateful that we have been able to turn our hobbies into careers and share our passion with others.
