I knew this company was different from my initial quote with the owner, Mark. He showed up on time, asked if I preferred he take his shoes off and then asked me my vision. I showed him the existing bathroom and he took measurements as I went through what I was looking for. Most of our meeting was in the bathroom and he really took the time to clearly understand what I wanted. Heck he asked me things I didn’t even think about. We then sat down and this is where I was concerned he was going to turn into high pressure high price sales but to my surprise he didn’t. In fact, there was no pressure. He went over the different types of materials and price points. I wasn’t looking to spend a fortune so he pointed out areas I may want to go cheap and areas where he didn’t recommend it and why. He took the time to explain things to me to the point I understood. He then LEFT! He told me he was going to crunch numbers and send me a quote. And he did; that evening. He was there for any questions I had and was extremely responsive the whole time. After several quotes I decided this was the company I was going to stick with. I had to get my finances in order but a couple weeks later I reached out and was ready to transform my bathroom. He sent me the contract via email and we got things moving. He showed up the first day of install to introduce me to his workers and see if I had any questions. The workers, Chris and Chance, were on time every single day of install. They kept the area as tidy as can be and respected my home. I popped in to check progress and ask questions; they had no issue stopping to explain things and I appreciated that. They seemed to really like what they do, I even heard Chance humming and singing to himself as he walked in and out getting supplies and such. It also showed through in their attention to detail and quality of work. They worked diligently to get my bathroom up and running as quickly as possible. I would recommend this company and crew any day of the week. I will be using them again for future projects.

Wow, what an outstanding home improvement company to work with!! We had an entire facelift on our older home: windows, doors/sliders, gutters, siding, and roof, and I can’t even put into words how obsessed I am with how fresh and beautiful our home is now! Mark was extremely professional and so easy to work with. I had about a bazillion questions, and he was so patient, never made me feel silly, and promptly answered everything. This eased my mind so much going into such a huge home improvement project. I had 7 quotes, and Mark’s quote was by far the best. He never once pressured us or made us feel rushed to sign a contract. I cannot say the same about the other 6 companies that came through our door, which was so refreshing. Not going to lie, We were a little skeptical going with the lowest bid. But Mark was able to explain why he was able to beat out the competitors using the same top of the line materials that the huge home improvement companies use, and I am so glad we put our trust into DZ Renovation. (be sure to ask him! He can definitely explain it better than I can!) it’s now been several months since he completed our job, and I still have zero complaints. His contractors were incredible as well! They made sure to leave our home and yard looking exactly how they found it and were very professional from start to finish. I’ve worked with other companies in the past where they left nails and debris in my yard once the job was finished, but that wasn’t an issue with DZ Renovation. Did I mentioned our energy bill has gone down almost $100 a month since completion?!? No more drafty windows and doors!!! I cannot recommend this company enough! Mark, seriously, thank you SO much!! I will be highly recommending DZ Renovation to anyone looking to remodel their home!

Loved every part of working with DZ Renovations! Very knowledgeable about the products and appreciated the style recommendations that we ended up going with and LOVING! The product itself is great, from the sleek design, to being easy to clean. Great customer service and cannot recommend them enough!
